Today my friend Morgan asked, "Are you one of those people who lives for the weekend?"

Although I initially almost answered yes, I thought about it for a second and realized that I don't. Not that I don't love the weekends, cause I do. It gives me a chance to catch a breath, maybe pick up the mess that has built all week. But you know, I think I'd miss half the fun if I only waited for the weekends to enjoy myself... its the listening to Bob Marley on the way to class, or being up every morning to see the sun hit the top of Mount Timpanogos, laughing at work, calling my sister, or being so excited all day to go home and eat a strawberry, its those things that I love, and whether they happen on the weekend or not, it doesn't really matter. So no, I don't live for the weekend. I'm living for now!

What about you?

Rachel. Rawle. I had no idea you had a blog. I'm so excited right now. Also, I think your idea of living for now is a very good idea and I should probably give it a try. Because weekends are only 2 days long.
